How is coaching different from therapy?
As your coach, we are partners. I ask the questions based on the goal you have set for the session. During a session, you identify what is happening now and what you want for the future. I am simply your champion to help you maximize your potential while offering a judgement and stress free environment.
In a situation where your past blocks you from moving forward or even causes problems in your current life, therapy may be necessary.
What can you help me with?
I specialize in family dynamics and transformation. We wear so many hats, we have so many obligations that we tend to lose ourselves. I am here to help you remember why you are the most important person in your life! Why taking the time for you matters. Why creating a space for you to self explore matters. Why establishing boundaries matter.
How does it work?
It all begins with a discovery call that can last 30 minutes. There is no fee for this call as this is the time for you to ask any questions you may have for me as your coach. This is also the time you establish your goals so that we ensure we are a good fit for each other because the most important objective is the outcome of your coaching time.
How do I prepare for a coaching session?
This is the time that you have invested in yourself. Find the place where you are most comfortable or away from distractions. This time is for you. Be open and ready to explore whichever topic you would like to discuss and process through.
